Junior Web Developer

Execute outbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. Create outbound marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, direct mail, and online advertising.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing messages and content for outbound campaigns. Identify target audience segments and develop targeted outbound marketing campaigns tailored to their needs and preferences. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine outbound marketing strategies.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of outbound marketing efforts and optimize campaigns for better results. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing marketing collateral for outbound campaigns. Work closely with the sales team to align outbound marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outbound marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound.
2. Strong knowledge of outbound marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
3. Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM tools.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
