2. Who controls your data
Data Controller: Nexyel Technologies. If you buy Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 through us, those providers are separate controllers for their own services and have their own privacy terms.

- Account & billing: name, company, email, phone, billing address, payment details (handled by our payment processor), plan details.
- Service setup: domain names, DNS records, registrar/tenant IDs, configuration artifacts, and technical metadata needed to provision mailboxes.
- Usage & support: logs related to provisioning, support tickets, email communications with our team.
- Website: cookie/usage data (IP address, device/browser, pages viewed). See Cookies section.
- Optional marketing: your preferences and subscriptions. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data unless you provide it for a specific, lawful purpose.
- When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

- Registrars/DNS providers when configuration is required
- Legal authorities if required by law or to protect rights, security, or property We do not sell your personal data.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) when transferring data internationally.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed. You may ask us to delete your account data (subject to legal retention requirements).
